I used the DHTML Menu Builder on our nonprofit site a year or so ago, but need to change things so have been reading posts on here about the flash problems and the advice to use CSS menus. I don't know anything about coding so do not want the html.editor -- I am using VSD.

Looked online and found freeware --WonderWebWare CSS Menu Generator. I am still trying to figure it out and being very cautious because when I downloaded it from Cnet/Download the Cnet installer installed spyware/adware on my computer and it took me a couple of hours to find it and remove it.

Has anyone used WonderWebWare CSS Menu Generator? Will this work with VSD? I see that it will generate css code or xhtml code and it also has css hover2.htc code but not sure what this is?

Is the css code what I copy and paste to add to my pages for the menu?

Or does someone have a better css menu generator that is simple?
Thanks!

Thanks Eric,
That is a simple one but I need a menu in a maroon color and they only have red. Might go with the black that they have.

How do I copy it to my webpages?
thanks!

If you click on customize you can change the colors in the css.

Yeah that program is actually extremely customizable. You can choose any theme style you like and then alter the colors for everything from the gradients to the text. Quite nice. Hoping CC will outdo them someday if they ever replace the worn out Flash Menu builder. :)
