I am using VSD and would like to create a submenu when someone scrolls over one of my menu page buttons. Is there a way to do this in VSD or will I not be able to do this?

Poolman,

You can use either of the two menu programs available here.

CoffeeCup Flash Menu Builder will work with VSD, by using the flash tool to add the menu to the page.

The free CoffeeCup DHTML menu builder will also work with VSD, by adding it to the page using the HTML tool.

Both of these tools will produce menus that have sub-menus.

Hi Bill,

I found the Flash Menu Builder and am trying to use it. I am having an issue regarding the apparent inability to actually adjust the size of the menu that is created. It appears there is no way tro do it.

Poolman,

I haven't used the flash menu very much, but I think you will find that the size depends on the buttons you use and the number of buttons. If you need a larger menu, you need to use larger buttons.

If you need buttons that are wider, use a graphics button to modify the button you want to use, or just create your own button.

If you use the DHTML Menu Builder, you can set the height and width and/or use buttons. With buttons, you will need to insert them in the code each time you change the menu.
