I dont know how to generate a screenshot of the error message

You need a picture editor. Microsoft paint works. Hit your print screen button on your key board when the error occurs. Now open Paint and click on paste. It will paste the screen shot into the screen. Save the image to some where you can find. Now to crop and re-size the image under 100k open it with Microsoft picture manager and crop then compress it until it's under 100k.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Bruzer-
I will try another upload later today to see if I can get the error screenshot using the method you've described. Thank you!
The latest response from support is:

That is not a crash, it is an upload failure message, which as I stated is a huge difference. The files for your site are pretty much all over the place and from what I could tell, you had many missing images and referenced files that are no longer where they were pulled from. That is nothing that the software did on its own, you must have either moved or deleted them at one point or another.

I can log into your system and correct the issue by re-referencing the site, but we cannot provide another free support session since it is not a software issue.

I would still recommend a reformat of your system since there is definitely something hogging up your system resources

......Sounds like Orlando's getting upset just like I've gotten upset lately but I appreciate his response
.
I just gotta remember that he's spent 4 months and sent 50 some emails too.
However, it would now appear we've reached or are nearing the "its not our fault" point.
I did not realize this was about who's "fault" this was, mine, Orlando's, the software, my system, who pays, I dont have the files in the right order, etc. etc.
I was hoping the 4 months and 50 emails back and forth were about finding what the heck is wrong and and how the heck to fix it.
So...how could it take 50 emails to get to THIS point?
The only possible answer in my mind is that somewhere along the line during the exchange of 50 plus emails "someone wasn't/isn't asking the right questions? This issue didnt just crop up. This happened many, many, many emails ago!!!

Like Yeto said in a previous post of his: "Let's work together with the nice people on this forum and get your site up and running"

Thanks Yeto...I think your Right!

If anyone has advice, I would appreciate it
Thanks again to all...including support!

Well Joseph (sorry) I don't know what to tell ya my friend. Coffeecup is the best at what they do and can fix pretty much anything, at least that's been my experience. Diagnostics isn't a simple thing so it would take sometime.
This is why I had offered you to upload to a server I wasn't using at this point so I could maybe see what you see. Orlando is correct however if you add an image from the documents folder, and later move that image to say a folder named images, then that will throw out a error asking you to search for it.
When you upload you'll get that error and possibly a another but if you look at the upload window you should be able to see what it stops on, whether it's an image or file.
That screenshot should help as always :)

Joseph when we remotely connected to your system, we could clearly tell all these issues were more OS related then software. Your system was just riddled with issue after issue. You absolutely have only one option at this point and that is to format your system. We have actually been saying that for over 4 months. It takes less then an hour to do this, so just bite the bullet and do it. ;)

You also need to make sure not to move files around outside of the software as well. That is also a big part of your existing problems. All your files should remain in a single location. This way you only have a single folder to reference from.

I just noticed Erics post about the 100K so lets see if this works!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
