Orlando Perz from CoffeeCup support did post in this thread to invite you to use the support room. Please be patient. If you sent them a support ticket, they will look into it. They need to see if they can duplicate any errors you are seeing, and look to see if anyone else has reported similar issues that have been resolved.
They do keep tabs on what time support was asked for, what time they sent a reply and such. I'm sure someone will get back to you.

Did you check your "junk" email box, just in case the message from CC was seen as junk or spam?

Hello Dwight,

I show that your original support ticket was created at 8:35pm, and that a response was made by Cesar at 9:30 am asking you for some more information about your problem.

If you never received a response from our office, you may want to check your spam folder, or you can log on to our website at ( http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ ), then access the "Your Support Room" link which will have all of your open topics.

Also please note that our regular business hours are from 8-5 EST, and that you may receive a response after these hours but it is probably because our staff is doing so on their own time.

Cliff has done as much as he can, and if you would help troubleshooting your problems, I would suggest that you try to use our support system instead of the forums.

Thank you,

PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks Cesar in helping us get VSD to run right.

The problem was due to two things. PC Tools firewall plus and the advanced settings for the FTP server inside VSD.

Solutions:
1. Set the VSD and all coffeecup programs, permissions in PC Tools Firewall Plus to (full) uninterupted access in its program permisions directory, do a manual permission granted change. Or completly turn off your firewall, we prefered the 1st step.

2. In VSD click the settings button, then click (FTP settings button).
Next click the advanced button. Make sure the port is set to 21, and that the passive check box in not checked OR unchecked according to your Host providers recomendations. Some require passive ftp and some don't.
Check with your host provider 1st.

If by checking the passive mode box helps your uploads go thru then bingo!

3. Buy the full version as we just did it's worth every dime at $49.00

Thanks for you help everyone!!
