you don't even have to type index jonsong, just type in what you want, it's your homepage so home is good or welcome as I mentioned, all up to you. VSD will make the index.html file no matter what, your just making an ID for the page still will be in your files as index.html. As for naming your pages, use lowercase names, without adding html extension you'll be fine. ( aboutus, products, contactus etc;)
