Hi Nadine! I can't help you, but wait for Eric, Paintbrush or Gunsmoke, they will be able to tell you what to do. :)

First thing, make sure to clear your browser cache. Try hitting Ctrl + F5 a few times.
If it's still the old version, we'll want a link to the website. ;)

I've had some problems in the past too. Had to delete the site from the server, then upload with VSD. Usually works, then continues to work. Make sure to back up your files first, just in case . . .

Have you tried running it as an Admin? (Right click the icon and choose Run as Admin.)

I think that problem might go away if you run the program 'As Administrator'.
To permanently set VSD to be run As Administrator, do this: Next time you have downloaded the program, before trying to run it, right-click on the shortcut and choose 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab check the box for 'Run this Program as an Administrator'.
Let us know if this solves it.
EDIT: Like Inger said...! ;)

Not quite as I said, your reply was to catch the problem before it arises, mine was dealing with the problem after it has arisen ;) Do what Per says, Nadine!
