Hi, I am new user of VSD. I have created a simple website but I can't get it to upload. There are some photos and pdf's from my computer that are on the site. As it is trying to upload, it will list the files being uploaded. Everytime it gets to a file (jpg or pdf) from my computer, I get an 'error during uploading'. I will delete the file that instigated the error, then it will upload to the next image from my computer, and crash again. I have tried adding the files to a folder under 'root', I have tried not doing that, I have disabled firewalls, I have clicked the passive button, I have tried every combination of these changes. What am I doing wrong?

FYI - I figured it out. My images were saved with spaces in the title. Apparently that is a no-no.

Spaces in the names of files didn't used to be an issue. It's a bummer that it's become an issue.

It has always been bad form to upload anything to the web that contains anything other then alpha numeric charters. If you have a space in a file name, that space converts to %20. Having a quote or an apostrophe in a URL can break all kind of scripts. Spaces can be used for local documents, just not for the WWW :)
