That is the first time I have ever heard of that. So when you log into your account with FileZilla, there's a folder under your root directory that's the same as your domain name?

Correct. I don't see any folder named "Public-html"
That's an extremely unusual set-up, I've never before heard of a host provider doing something like that.
I looked at the source of your index.html file and from there got the names of your other pages. None of them are uploaded to the needed folder, nor is the files folder.

If you don't know what your IP Address is the sign in to your control panel

In your VSD environment, it should have created a folder called <something>.vnu_website. Everything in that folder, ever file and subfolder, has to be uploaded into the main folder for your web pages, whatever they're calling it at your host company.

it was a pain to set this up for a guy so he could build his websites he uses CC and man took me a while to figure that out! a day at least lol
