Can't edit HTML object in VSD 7 -...

When I double-click on the external HTML box within my site using VSD 7 it won't pop up a box containing the HTML code for me to edit as it normally does. Has anyone else run into this issue? I fixed the issue by creating a new box and re-pasting the HTML code from scratch, but was just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?

Thanks!

So many users asked for this preference, it was added into 7.0 If you go to the Settings Menu > Preferences un-check the "Auto hide objects dialog".

Also, make sure you are now using build 14. ;)

I can't make an HTML box any longer than 2000 px and I need it to be about 3500 px. I have made the page and background as long as I need it but the HTML object won't go beyond 2000 px.

Hi Devorah, Why do you need such a long object?:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I have a whole page of content that I want all on the same page. I'm recreating an existing site and all that content is on one page now: text, images, tables... it's a product list with price tables and "add to cart" buttons.

If your going to rebuild the entire site I would rethink having such a long scroll needed to see whats on the page. This is really important for your index page since that's the first impression users will get.

You could put the some of the content into a Iframe or scrolling <div>.
