I'm having a problem adding files created with form builder to my website with VSD. I go to settings, then browse, then I find my files and add the files. The files are added to the list. I hit OK, then go back to my site and when I hit settings add files again, my files I thought I just added are no longer on the list.

Sounds like you are trying to make it more complicated than necessary...

To insert a form onto your page in VSD, use the 'flash' tool and draw a rectangle where you want the form to appear. Then look up the xml file of your form. That's all you have to do. The flash tool adds all the files for you.

The html tool and the Add files are for inserting content that has no xml file.

I forgot to mention that the form is to be placed (using the html tool)in my shop that was created with sccpro. I have a button link from my website to my shop. Where do the files associated with the form need to be so that it appears on the view cart page of my shop?I've gotten myself kinda confused.

Hiya David,

If you want the form on your View Cart page, you need to navigate to that page in SCC Pro where you'd normally add things to it using the Pages button at the top of the program then tabbing to the View Cart page. Once there you use the HTML Tool to insert the code that Form Builder gave you and you should be all set. You may need to use some styling code for placement, but other than that there shouldn't be anything else needed for making the form work. Good luck with it

I was able to insert a form where I wanted on the View Cart page before I upgraded to SCCpro. Now I want to change the form a bit. The old form is functioning fine, but for some reason I can't see the new form, just a blank spot where the form should be. I'm afraid to delete the functioning form until I get the new one in place.www.plumbfarms.com

should there be a form on that plumbfarms.com page somewhere David? If so I don't see anywhere at all where there even "should" be one. What page should it be on and what type of form? I don't see no blank spot at all either, nothing referencing any form even.

My new form mysteriously appeared (i.e.- I don't know what I did). Could it be something with my server? Anyway, hit the buy flowers button, then view cart, and the form is on the view cart page.
