I cannot upload the site. I have done it many times, but from two months ago it just doesn´t upload, the messge "an error ocurred during uploading" appears,. What could the problem be? Could it be a virus in the computer? I tried installling the program in my laptop with the same result, so I don´t think this is it. Help!

Have you tried editing your FTP settings and checking (or un-checking) passive mode to see if that helps? When you test your internet connection, do you get any error messages?

I get this problem all the time. It usually takes me 4 or 5 tries and then it will magically upload successfully. Very frustrating.
