I have quit of bit of folders and html, xml,I use lots of CoffeeCup software files, I think I read that Visual Site create it on folder and files. public_html/files I don't have a folder name file or files.
James, you are correct, VSD does make a folder called files, in that folder are all your images you place on your website, they are renamed for example purposes img_0 to whatever. Also in that folder is a folder called Downloads, now that folder is basically for any documents or such outside of VSD, it makes a copy of that and places it there.
I think if your place /public_html in the www slot you should be able to connect. If you are able to connect that would be your root directory which is where you need to have your website uploaded to. I don't know about Danacom but maybe they have a tutorial like namecheap does and it will show you what the name of the root folder would be. just guessing here sorry.

I can upload with my FTP uploader. yes my root is public_html
I think it is something within CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer software. I can upload to my server through CoffeeCup HTML Editor. I will keep trying until I get it.
