Ok, I switched website programs why??? I like the site I created in CC but to bad nobody else will be able to see it....I keep getting a message that says "An error has occurred while uploading" I've tried to re-sync it numerous times & it will stop in different places. This is very frustrating & I never had any problems with the other software I used in the past...thought I'd give CC a try, but beginning to wonder why.
Sorry for venting...I guess I will open a ticket..ugh

So what you're saying is that you've had trouble for a while and never bothered to ask for help? If I had a nickel for every person that came to the forums already having given up "before" even asking for help I'd be rich!
Open a ticket silly goose (ok bad egg joke but I'm really egg frazzled so forgive and old lady lol). It's most likely something really simple, or may be just a bad install and need reinstalling. Not sure since I don't use the program myself, but I know many that do without any problems at all so do open a ticket and get some help from the staff. They are very good at what they do, and unlike "most" software developers, they actually care if their software works or not, and will attend to your issue very quickly.
Good luck on it and I do hope it works out for you as I do know the software is very good for anyone that wants to use visual editing.

You're welcome, and I do hope it gets worked out for you as I really think you'd enjoy using the program. I'm betting on the team myself, they really do a good job of helping get things working. Please come back and tell us what the problem was too if you don't mind, this will help others in the future that are looking for answers to the same questions

This was the response I got back from CC. After the 2nd try it did upload. Hope this helps anybody else that was having the same problem. www.midwestthermal.com let me know what you think. Still tweaking a couple pages.
The "error occurred during uploading" message can be caused by several different things, but they all boil down to an interruption during the transfer process. First, make sure you've disabled all firewall applications on your system. Firewalls can block both outbound and inbound traffic. Next, try switching to the Passive Mode setting under Settings > FTP Settings > Advanced. Some servers will only allow connections and/or transfers if the FTP client is connected in a specific mode.
If you're still having problems after this, contact your host provider and ask them if there is a global timeout function that may be disconnecting the FTP client. If so, see if the host administrators can increase the timeout function to allow Visual Site Designer more time to upload.
Awesome Robin, glad to hear it's up and running! Love the site it looks very.... medical .... LOL, looks great and I love the color changing on each page, nice touch. Very clean and precise which is always refreshing to see too. Well done!

Thank you very much, Robin, for closing the loop on this and posting the solution to your problem!
It's a great help to others who followed the thread, and to those who will look at the thread in the future!
