I want to try and down size the cluttered look of my pages so that I just have titles and once the mouse is over the title the text appears. So in hindsite my text paragraphs on some of the pages would be made with the alternate text option,the questions are is this an ok idea that will not cause functionality issues and is there a way to change the size of the text to a larger size?

I think a more visually stimulating way of doing this would keep users on the page.
