I built our website using VSD 5.74

I would like to offer discounts after the first purchase. I use Paypal for payments processing. I can purchase gift certificates myself and give them away but I would prefer to offer discounts, like using a code or something.

Paypal doesn't support merchants offering discounts. They told me that it may be possible with a 3rd-Party Solution or with additional coding or scripting on my part.

I use them and also use PayPal...
They have a free and pay service...
