I think your src would be
<iframe src="SockBurning/sockburning_htm_files/sock2.htm" width="800" width="600" frameborders "0" scrolling="no"><iframe>
first the folder name then the html or htm name of the file it shows on. :)
where your website files are you have a folder name SockBurning correct- now in that folder you have sockburning_htm_files folder correct? where is the htm file located?

the sock2.htm should be located outside the sockburning_htm_files folder
what your src should link to (no matter where it is) is the sockburning.htm so where ever that file is, it will be the source for that iframe.

Oh my, I think I really don't know what I'm doing. I think I saved the gallery from xara twice and maybe I've got the files mixed up. At any rate there is "my documents". web sites, uuchurch, (folder) sockburning_htm_files, in the same area under uuchurch is an IE icon called sockburning, htm (that's the actual html doc from xara andunder the folder sockburning_htm_files is another IE icon called socks.htm along with a roe.js, a png.js and another folder, socks2_htm_files with 2 red boxes on the front of the folder with white x's in them. ok Maybe I should erase everything and start over??

If this doesn't help you understand then I appologize and will try something else. How about a screenshot of how the files are on your server? :D

oh my, let me see if i can get a screen shot of the files. they are not on the server because i can;t get them uploaded, right? but i'll look and see what i can do. Thank you so much. I am the one that needs to apologize because i can't seem to comprehend what to do. You have made it all so clear, but i think my files are just a mess. I'll be back as soon as i can, but it may be tomorrow. Thanks.

Basically Sarah all you need to do, since I didn't think to look (sorry) using an ftp program like direct ftp or free ftp, just upload the gallery folder to your server, then upload the htm file. now in the VSD page you'll paste a code like this.
<iframe src="sock2.htm" width="800" width="600" frameborders "0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Just change the name of the sock2.htm file to what you named it.......
Then you'll upload VSD and you should be all set. Don't put your gallery folder in another folder as this is where I'm losing you for now anyway. :)

Thanks, things are getting clearer. Today I'll try to do this. I think the sock2.htm is still the same name, but i'll try it to see if it works. Thanks so much for all your help. I'll be back to you as soon as I can.

Still working on it, have to also do some work for another website that is due today. However, would rather try to get the gallery up. I'm playing the steps to do it in my mind as i type the stuff for the other site. Will be back with it soon. Thanks.:)

ok, i'm back. I deleted all the files I had for the gallery and resaved from xara by exporting as html. put it in the church website, new name and a new htm file. so i'm uploading both the folder and the file. When that is done i'll try to do the iframe thing. back after a while. thanks.
