Ok, I republished with both set to 650 two minutes ago and still don't see a change in how the form is displayed.

Make your html box in VSD at least 780px wide and I think it will all be fine.

Eric, I am not sure why changing the width of the html box to the width of my website page worked but it did and I thank you. I will clean up the page length some and open it to my website members. Thanks once again!
