Adding a box "form" for users to fill...
Hello,
I'm intersted in getting a non-popup "form" where I can get end user info in about five fields. Is there an add-on, app, or another tool I can easily implement?

Hiya Chasen,
Take a look through the list of CC Products and you'll find a very very nice Web Form Builder that works very well and you can insert using I "think" the HTML Tool or some tool in VSD. Definitely a super useful program that you'll use over and over through the years.

Well hiya right back!
Interesting product. I read that you can link it into a database file but I have a question about that. Let's say you have bulletin board software hosting several different forums (phpbb). Let's say you want a user to fill out the info using this CC form program but you want the data, when submitted, to create a new post in a forum and display the information in that post.

Well you got me there lol, I've never played with the database setup of the form builder, nor do I have much experience with database stuff. Maybe someone else will have an answer on if this is possible or not. A very cool idea though I think and a pretty creative one to think of even using this program for hehe. That could create a pretty cool Support system actually. On the other hand, logging into a forum would still be a more secure way of making posts I would think than using something like this. I don't think you can do much on the "login" part of the form builder and you could end up with some major spam if the form itself isn't on a secure area of your site.
All good food for thought for sure though, and hopefully someone has a clue on this for you

You would need someone to code the php for you to mod your forum.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
