A menu builder that can work with VSD

Hi, I've used the DHTML menu builder before, but (sorry CC) I wondered if there are any other menu builders that can work with VSD? I want to have a little more choice, I need a horizontal menu with some drop downs. Anyone know?

I use the CSS menu builder that's built into the CC HTML editor. If you don't have the editor you can Google menu and find a large amount of sites that offer free menu building.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Google pure css menu. None of that wacky DHTML stuff. Yuck!

I used a few 3rd party applications to design drop down menus, then I found out that a CSS menu builder is built-in to CC's HTML Editor (something I would've found out if I'd looked more closely) - and I've never looked back since.
