Can i add a webcam with a fixed ip address to BB i have no idea apart from adding a html element but not sure
if this is the way to go any help much appreciated

Have you tried adding it? What script are you using?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Where would i add the ip address to the sight and what container does it need i am at a loss ?

You need a script of some kind to have live streaming from a webcam.
take a look at this one and see if it meets your needs.

As far as adding code to the body of the page, you would use an HTML element. However, depending on the script you use, you will probably need to add js or css files to the resources and/or links in the header or footer under the Settings tab.
