I've noticed that at least two times when exporting a site (with a RCS carousel) that I've gotten an extra folder called 'editor' within the same directory as all the other main folders and html files.

the structure is like this (only folders reside within)

editor > responsive-bootstrap-builder > canvas > showcase-slider > controlicons, css, fonts, images, js

showcase-slider is the name of my RCS carousel and all the folders contain zero files.

I just delete the folders but wasn't sure if I did anything to cause this or possibly it's a bug?

This also happens in RFF as well...
To replicate in both RBB and RFF:
Open RFF/RBB, save project, export. Add folder to resources, save, export and you get an editor folder.

Using RBB 2.0 Build 63 Beta (and Build 89 Beta as well)

Start a new project.
Open Resources
Create a new folder
Save
Export

Using RFF 2.0 Build 249

Start a new project
Open Resources
Create a new folder
Save
Export

I can do this consistently in both programs.

Brian was able to provide me with the exact steps. The issue is when you have a folder off the parent folder and then use an identical name as a sub-folder. (Images/Images).

I was just able to recreate this when I added a folder called 'test' and it created an 'editor' folder upon export. Here's everything zipped up just in case it would help to look at it.

Odd, I was not using folders with identical names to anything in either RBB or RFF.
But by adding a folder via Resources and then saving and exporting I get the "editor" folder every time in both programs.

When I export that project, there is no editor folder.

Add another folder via Resources, save and export.
