Looks fine here in Firefox. I would disable all Add-Ons and see if you have something installed.

I only have two addons but tried disabling them but it didn't do anything.

I'll keep on trying things. Frustrating that deleting the fonts and doing a fresh install didn't work. Thanks for everyone's help.

Thanks, Scott. I'll definitely go through those links. Honestly I'm less concerned with the Firefox issue than with the issue of the fonts not displaying correctly in RBB and RFF. I can still use that font but they appear italic even when the normal font is selected. I'm just not sure what else to try at this point.

I'm not sure if this will help at all but I did notice that when I first open RBB and select Neuton (a Google font) for the font on a text item it appears correct for a split second. Then it immediately turns italic. It does this if I have the font installed locally or not. You can see it do it in this animated gif capture.

I tried resetting my fonts but that didn't do anything. The fonts appear and work normal in Affinity Designer, not sure if that's important information or not.

Also, the thin, light, and black versions work correctly. It's just the 'normal' and 'italic' and 'bold' versions.

Those are actually images of the font.

When was the last time you formatted your computer?

It's a fairly new machine. Only 4 months old or so at this point.

You could spend weeks trying to figure out what happened to your Windows box or bite the bullet and format. I don't think this is any issue with BB though. Seems something within your Windows install got hosed.

Ok just did a test and if I cut off all my internet access to the machine the font loads correctly and does not switch to the 'italic' version.

I'm beginning to agree, Scott. I'll see how it goes after the next Win update maybe and play it by ear from there. It's only one this one font for now. Thanks again.
