Been working with Bootstrap and learning some things. I was wondering how I should organize the files. Is there a standard practice for keeping custom css or javascipt files ? Should I lump em all in the regular css js files ?
Thanks for any suggestions on structure.

So I also noticed that I can create folders called css and js in my project resources and add (link) my custom css or js to said folders and export project and all the normal js files and css files are there along with my newly added files ???
Is this safe to do ?

Do what ever works for you on the organization. Everyone has their own reason for structure of directories.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
