I hate to be so repetitive, but Irfanview will do that for you! ;)

It won't let you re-size the image?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

it's just an image Matt, same as any other image, but....

If you have an "animated" .gif then you cannot resize it like you would a normal image, you need to use an animation program and pull out all the images frames used to make the animation and resize them singly and then put it back together.

Oh ok I get it sorry to bother you guys, but I have one more question tonight, how do I enable stream to read a .gif animation? I'm trying to do a blog at www.coffeetinker.com but I can't seem to get the image to show up as an animation, hmmm..:/

Looks like you took the idea about the frame thing and applied it to an animated image? Can't do that Matt, you should have said that it was an animated image you were doing that frame thing for, I would have then told you to do what you were originally trying to do lol. Gotta be more specific when you ask for help as we can't see your computer to know what you're working on :P

Hopefully you kept a copy of the original animated image? If you did, then what you need to do is use a an animation editor (Animation Studio should work) and edit each frame of the image to add the frame to it, or place the frame using CSS like you were originally asking about.

I kept an original copy of the animation I store all of them in a folder hehe, i didn't realize that putting a frame around it would then take away the animation.. ok i'm going to give this another try..

Hmm.. used power post to resize the .gif, and I even tried regular size.. it's still not working.. I went through the settings and it seems I don't have a frame chosen on this so that shouldn't matter.. it's just not working on this stream?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
