We provide free technical support to all paying customers, for all our active applications. If you’re part of The Responsive Program™ you get priority support. The mission of The Responsive Program™ is to help and educate the members on everything related to Responsive Web Design. Members have access to books, articles and our support staff to learn and address a broad range of topics related to responsive design. Questions related to the use of any of the responsive software products are given a higher priority. If you’re interested in this program you can sign up here.

If you are new to CoffeeCup and have not purchased anything, we will still strive to provide top notch free support to you for our free, trial and lite software. However, please understand that most of the time questions from paying customers will be answered first though.
If you need help getting started, not sure what program to use, or just want to pick our brains, just contact us and we will get you right on track. If you need support please create an account and start asking ahead.
If you have any sales related questions, Suzanne (firstname.lastname@example.org) is standing by to answer any and all questions you may have. She will also tell you the weather forecast. Just don't ask what the winning lottery numbers will be, she is determined to keep that a secret.
If you require technical support, she can also make those arrangements for a nominal fee. We do encourage you to use our support system first however. We are available in the office Monday—Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Outside of those hours, email support is still provided.
