To backup your CoffeeCup app database (for Html Editor, Site Designer, Email Designer, Direct FTP), you simply need to copy the database file to a secure location. Once you do that, you can then install CoffeeCup apps on the new system and copy the database file back.  Here is where the database is located:

Step 1:

Find the file. Windows 7/10/11 - C:\Users[username]AppData\Roaming\SharedSettings.ccs

Step 2:

Right-click the Shared Settings file and select Copy .

Step 3:

Paste the Shared Settings file into an external data storage device (thumb drive, external hard drive, CD-ROM, etc.) by opening the data storage device, right-clicking the background, and selecting Paste.

Step 4:

Copy the Shared Settings file from the external data storage device to the same location on your new computer.
