I have a program, Flash Slideshow maker, made a header with 6 images that fade in and out. How do I add this XML file? Thank you.

It would help if we knew what program you were using for building your website pages. Also, the place to really be asking this question would be the support site or forums (or whatever they have, maybe emails) of the Flash Slideshow maker program you are using. We may have ideas though if you can let us know what program you're using to make your site first. They don't all work the same so that would help a lot.

Also, when you create that slideshow, what does it tell you at the end to do? Usually programs will save specific files for you and give you some type of instruction on what to do with them... or maybe I'm spoiled by CC and how they do it because they give clear instructions on how to do things with most all of their programs lol. Anyways, any information you can provide on what the program does as you save and finish your slideshow would help. Is that the actual name of the program? Flash Slideshow Maker?

oh right sorry, I'm using VSD. The program instructs you to upload the xml file using your ftp program. yes it's Flash slideshow maker.

Nadine there is a couple ways of doing this,
1) you could just copy the html code off the main file, and using the html tool add it to your page and upload the 3 other folders, xml, fx_aux html and the swf with an external ftp. but you won't be able to preview it, just online. or use the add files option to add everything and then you can preview it.

Thanks for chiming in Bruzer as I don't use VSD at all. Was going to say that the program must be spitting out some code for you to put into your page(s) though at some point, not just giving you the xml file otherwise there's no way to make it work. Looks like Bruzer must have looked at the program or used it before so I'll let him go from here. Good luck on it Nadine

I'm not sure what you mean by 3 other folders?

So I can copy the xml code then and add as I would html? and then what should I do with the 3 folders (that I'm not sure about ) Thank you!!!
