Checked in firefox from Uk and there definitely are some issues,

This page has something hidded above The dark green strip with bold Burgard Iris Farm title.

This page has the name in tiny black font in top left corner

and it took AGGGGGGGGGES to open home page

Got to out out, or i could check more

This is what I'm seeing:

I don't have the same fonts as you (Algerian and Baskerville Old Face), so I see substituted fonts. Could be the same for your customer, and depending on her default font and size, things could look really out of whack.
In VSD, choose the option to use Advanced Text for non-standard web fonts (they'll be converted to an image). This is best for titles, captions or headlines rather than paragraph text. You can add Alt-Text in the Object Properties box. For paragraphs it's best to stick to a standard font that everyone will have. :)

This is the same as i am seeing, except above there is something wider, with lots of colour hidden , i am just seeing the bottom edge of what ever it is.

That's not a screen shot. That's a link to the actual image on the page.;)

You can right click on the image with firefox then select view image. Now copy the url and use the add image tool in your forum tool bar to post the image link.:)
