I purchased a template on templatemonster.com and now I don't know how to open it and start working on it using coffeecup HTML editor. Can someone show me how, I never used an HTML editor or template before. Thanks.

As you have never used either Html Editor nor worked with a template I would advice you first that once you have unzipped the template to keep the zipped file just in case things do not go as you had planed with editing so that you still have the original template.

Please note that if you purchased a flash template you will not be able to edit the flash files (fla) with the html editor. If you purchased a css template then you can edit it in html editor. If you do not know css then it might be a good idea not to try and edit this section.

Open your Html Editor and click on 'file' and in the drop down menu on 'open'. You can now open a file from a location on your computer. Select the document in your template folder called 'index.html'. Now you can start editing if you wish.
