uploading problems

I just got my hard drive out of the shop and had to reinstall a lot of programs. Luckily Coffee Cup seemed to be OK. When I went to upload some changes I had to get the FTP User info from IX web hosting. Now when I try to upload I get the message "program could not gain access to enter & read the content of a catalog on the server". What is a catalog? Any suggestions for a computer illiterate?!

I don't see a screen like this anywhere that i look. Where would I find this screen. The screen I have that asks for the port asks for FTP user, Password, etc. When I looked for help on coffee FAQ it just has setting for a page. Now what? Thank You.

Stars,

What program are you having problems with. CoffeeCup has several programs that upload to a website. Are you using the free FTP program, Direct FTP, Visual Site Designer, HTML Editor, etc.? Also, are you using the latest version?

With that information, we would know which buttons you need to click to make the settings.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
