Hi,

Having trouble with the auto reply feature not working. Besides having an email field on the form and checking the auto-reply box (and filling in the confirmation message), is there anything I missed?

Thanks

Well yeah... you missed telling us which form builder you are using, the CC flash one or the CC html one.

Hi,

Probably the HTML one - version 8.3 Build 206. Just downloaded it this morning.

It's the default form that loads up when you first open the program. Just testing the basic functionality.

The issue here is your form is not properly setup. Edit your form and click on the email address input box and on the right hand side, check the boxes "Email address field" and "required". Also set the validation to "email". After you do that, save and upload all your files.

That will be the flash version, also called the 'classic' version.
