I need an emphasis mark or accent mark over the name of someone listed on my site. I don't remember how to do that. Would appreciate the answer.

Do you mean something like é, è, ë or so? If you are using CC HTML Editor, you find a tab Characters along the left side. In there you can find the html version of all the accented letters.
