Howdy do,

http://www.the-web-seeker.com/

I'm coming down the home stretch and getting
"nervee-ous" as one of my kids said 30 years ago...

The legal aspects of what I'm offering, and
in term what my subscribers would be offering.

Free does not mean good, sometimes more harm wit false
security...

First are there and "Good" free terms of use/and/or Privacy
statements available...

If no...

Then are there any reasonably priced good companies to
deal with in this area....
I've found a lot of them as you all know, but ???

Also assuming this is all Ironed out...

How big of a risk is doing business on the internet. ?

I dont expect to make a lot of money, just looking for
few extra gravy $$ to help us a little... Dont have a day job,
am retired....

Thinking of a large risk, I'd trash it all, for we cannot
afford problems at our stage of life...

The feds and state, that can probably be reasonably handled,
but the 1/3 of U.S. population who's looking to get rich from
a lawsuit... that truly scares me...

Thanks in advance,

Seeker

You can prpbably tweak an existing TOS statement to fit your needs. There are also online sites that offer legal files for a small fee. The bottom line is that if someone wanted to take you to court, a lawyer in our great legal system would probably chew up and spit out any TOS.

Tom,

Think I'm reading between the lines...

And my insurance agent for our boat once said a signed liablity release
aint worth the paper its printed on....

On scale of 1 - 1000 I know about .01 about legal stuff. But I've
been told this... Intent of your actions does affect some outcomes..
But getting to the outcome can/could be costly... thats why the question.

Quite few of the Legal sites pretty much scared the "C..p" out of me,
with their statements...

Thank you,

So true.

Take the Judge in DC who sued the dry cleaners for a gabillion dollars for misplacing his pants. Bad enough lawyers represent these cases but a Judge pursuing it is criminal, in my opinion. It was thrown out after a year or so and several hundred thousand dollars later.

I hear that people who attempt to recapture this money through a counter lawsuit aren't very successful.

Scumbags.

Tom,

Thats kinda what worries me...
Will try not to let it destroy the enjoyment and satisfaction
from my efforts tho..
I'm sure there are other good products out there,
but just could not be any happier with CC software tools,

Thanks,
