Screencast software

I tried out the Jing software and didn't care for it -- if it doesn't have that user friendly "get me up and running feel to it" (like coffee cup stuff) -- I don't mess with it.

I need to capture a program I wrote that runs at full screen, (do a video of it) and simply be able to save and paste the html into my webpage.

FLV if possible -- (Jing had swf but I had problems with that too).

Also -- I want to be able to resize my video in a snap. Like I say, it's full screen but
for the web page the demo will be MUCH smaller.

No problem paying for software that does the job.

One problem I'm having with Jing is that when I select the entire screen, the damn Jing control panel is in the way -- you know the buttons to record etc.

?

I've tried to move it -- why is it there in the first place? -- be nicer to do all of your commands from the keyboard and it not even showing.

A free programme that you could look at is Wink: http://www.debugmode.com/wink/.

Another programme is Camtasia Studio which is produced by the same company as Jing: http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp. This is not a free prog. though.
