HI,

need your advice please. On many of my pages for some reason the right border is broken and text/images spill over...

I do not see the problem in the attached file ...do you see it?

Thank you very much!!

Hiya daniel,

I think you forgot the attachment, but better yet do you have a link to the page instead? That would be a lot more helpful than an image would.

Hi Jo Ann,

thank you! :) hmmm, I am sure I added the file?? ...ahhh...think I have to use preview first, didn' t do that... again didn't work... need a coffee

this is the page: http://www.mind-healing.org/alternative … actme.html

but the interesting thing is that it looks ok...

but in Preview it doesn't ??

ok, maybe this isn't any problem at all, but just a Preview topic??

Thank you

Daniel

Here's a screenshot of how it looks in my FF 3.6.3 browser, is this how it should look? The menu looks like it actually has 2 halves, is that how it should be? If so fine, just checking since the gray half seems a bit tilted.

Let me know if this is what it should look like.

Also which browser(s) are you using to see it online? I ask this because the internal browser for the programs internal Preview window is based on Internet Explorer's engine and so will sometimes not look exactly the same as what it will look like online. If you can take a screenshot of what you are seeing (save it in jpg format) and either attach it here or upload it to your server and give a link to it that might help to know what you are seeing incorrectly (providing it isn't already on this screenshot below):

Hi Daniel,

I'm seeing what Jo Ann is seeing in both Fire Fox and IE7.

What program are you using?

I found that with one of the templates in the HTML Editor that in Preview I got the second column under the first but when live it was fine with two columns.

So it might just be a Preview issue.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

HI Jo Ann and Tassietiger,

thank you so much!

yes, my bad... it took me some time to realize that it is only a preview thing... in FF it looks ok :)

Thanks for your generous help, and sorry to bother you with a false alarm :)

Hiya Daniel,

No bother at all, and I'm glad it's working as it should be. And it's always better to ask than to sit and wonder and give up on it later only to find out a year later that it was really working lol. Good luck on the rest of it Daniel :)

No worries Daniel. It can be confusing sometimes when we see different things in preview to online.

We are always happy to help.:)
