Im new to all of this and need a few questions answered please.

Ive purchased a hosting package from godaddy.com and was wondering if when finished designing my site on the Visual Site Designer i can publish my site on there. If so how would this be done? Sorry for the lack of information like i said im new at this.

When you're in VSD, you see the globe - upper right.
beside the globe is a down pointing arrow, click on that then click on "set up internet connection"
for the godaddy upload I have set up,
under ftp server, "ftp.your_web_url. org/com/whatever it is.
then your user name and password,
I do not have anything in the "www folder" field,
You may have click on the "advance" tab and initiate "passive" (but try it without first),
put in a "profile" name and click "OK"
You can test the connection now.

Ive tried everything the only thing I can think is that before I could put my website protection in place, the html on my site was changed to fit someones browser now my website is to small for browsers and all of my forms and jukebox are trimed down, it's even cut off the submitt and reset button from my contact form, and the controls for my video players as well as part of the jukebox players. Is there any html code i can use to fix this?
