Has anybody had any problems with IE9, after installing MS update KB2722913?

I say this, as on the 15th August 2012, I received KB2722913 from MS, which I installed. Soon afterwards, I found that if I pressed <F5> (Refresh) button, I got the display, as the attachment - it worked Ok, for the previous five years.

Apparently, this KB has caused problems world-wide.
