I build websets among other graphics that I plan to sell on my website. Am I allowed to use the Photo Gallery to use when creating websets to sell on my site?

You can use the Photo Gallery on any web page you want. You can show any graphics you want to show.
To the best of my knowledge, CoffeeCup does not restrict the number of sites on which you place a photo gallery, nor the type of site.
