Not supported by IE11 and Safari?

I'm working on the site www.jillneimark.com (that is the current site) and have made a test folder, www.jillneimark.com/test7 where I have put the new stuff. If you care to look at the bio page, you see a left floated image with text to the right and below. Now, narrow down the viewport, and in Ffx, Chrome and Opera when you reach 520px width, the image jumps into the middle and the text below. But not in IE and Safari; the text stays to the right until nothing more has room enough (until the first word 'I' has disappeared, and it certainly looks a bit silly.
I have tried a lot of changes in the css to make this work, but I can't find out what in my code is not supported by those two browsers. Can you help?

I see a few errors in the custom.css
line 85 color: 330066; needs #

line 233 stray {

line 178
margin-bottom: 100px 0 4px; should be margin

That should fix it.:cool:

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

You were right, Eric, and I found one more of those stray { .
Removing them fixed the problem.
I've probably been staring too long at this site and don't notice obvious mistakes :/
Thanks!
