Hello All.

I cannot get to preview any form. I open the software and the default form opens. I hit the "preview button" and all I get is a white box stating "Form Object".

Done the search thing through this forum, took the advice, download adobe flash, install, restart the pc (win xp pro sp2).

Figuring that the default form should work I thought I would upload it as is to see if would appear. Same white box same text proudly displaying "Form Object". I even tried it on another pc, same deal.

It would be nice if the user manual or support pages had a list of common errors (as this appears to be from this forum) eg: if a message appears saying "Form object" do this or try this.

I am eager to learn, but this is most frustrating.

I do believe the CoffeeCup's flash-based programs use IE for previewing, but to be safe, make sure the Adobe Flash plugin is installed in Firefox & IE (both have separate installations). Also, javascript must not be disabled in your browser.
