I had to get a new computer and my website was made using the old frontpage 98 and that is what it used until my old computer died.

My website hosting has the website on a FTP server. Thank goodness it has this back up for me.

I don't know much code and need a software that I can put my website onto and not have to know all the html codes.

Will this coffecup allow me to do that?

Anyone who can suggest something will be of great help. Have a Blessed Day!

The CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer might be what you are looking to get.

All the CoffeeCup software has a free trial period, so download several programs, test them and see if they do what you want.

http://www.coffeecup.com/software/ will get you to a descriptive list of programs.

http://www.coffeecup.com/designer/ will take you to the VSD page for a more detailed description.

If you want to learn HTML code, check out the HTML Editor at http://www.coffeecup.com/designer/

Let us know if you have any questions.

That didn't address my questions. If anyone will please help me in understanding if my website can be moved/imported/transfered and so forth to coffeecup? Without losing my website or distort the pages...

If someone could kindly read my first email they will get a better understanding of what I am needing. I know very little html code and do not want to learn how. I know enough to get by when using the wysiwug kind of software. Have a Blessed Day!

VSD is great for not having to know HTML, but unfortunately it doesn't not import already-made websites, so you're stuck in the middle. HTML Editor 2008 has a visual portion of its design (much like FrontPage) so it may be what you need. As Bill advised, I'd definitely download the trial version as it wouldn't hurt or cost a thing.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
