Hi all,

I have finished most of my webpage and it is now online.
you can see it here www.arkgroupenterprises.com.au.

So far three computers we know of dont show the webpage right.
Some the webpage will be to the left ,they have to keep scrolling to get it in the middle, other's seem squashed up and overlaid.

i have tried uploading the webpage up again to see if it changes but it hasnt.

anyone know what the problem may be ?

thank you

It looks like you might still be using version 5.8.4. It's been said that in the more recent versions, there's been changes to increase consistency between browsers. So, I would try upgrading to 5.9.4 if you haven't already and re-saving/re-uploading the site.

Part of the issue is the result of creating a very wide page. The logo is 575px wide, your collage of the rigs is 942px wide and you have set the actual page width even wider. Computer displays set to different resolutions will see the page differently.

While a large percentage of the world's computers have more advanced displays, that doesn't mean people are utilizing the super high resolutions. While I personally like being able to design pages a bit wider than the old standard 800px, I always keep the majority of computer users in mind when creating pages. Edit the page again, this time try working at 850px width to see if you like the results better then adjust to fit your tastes.

Personal tip: IMG_7 is HUGE for a background pic! The image is 152k, 746pxx718px. Try reducing the size a bit to make the page load faster. With that faded affect, you can compress the image a little more without affecting the detail.
