Hiya Olafur,

If you want to do the unzipping yourself manually by changing the .wisp extention to .zip you can then open the file like any other zip file and extract the wif files yourself. That works just as well :)

But just for the record you should be able to double click any .wisp file and it will automatically install the .wif files inside it. I would do as Phil says and open a Support Ticket and ask about why it's not working for you.

Also, just to be sure it's not working, go to your
Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Image Studio
directory and see if you have folders in there with images in them. Could be it installed them kind of silently which one of them did to me when I first got it.
