Visual Site Designer 7.0 build 24
You need to change it in the css.
So instead of where it says :
a { color: #09318a; text-decoration: underline; }
a:visited { color: #09318a; text-decoration: underline; }
a:hover { color: #323c52; text-decoration: underline; }
replace the underline for the word none

It sounds like she already did that. But since the underlines still show within VSD, it might seem that it didn't work. One needs to preview to see the links are not underlined.
