I've created at least 6 websites using VSD, having a problem linking images....some link, some don't. I've spent way too much time on this and getting no where.

on this site the amazon button links on 2 of the pages where I have it, on 2 it doesn't arrrrgggghhhhhh.

I've put the image in fresh several times and no luck, also having this prob on another site.

the Homepage error comes from the "<img src="files/home-btn-100x70_8756.gif" alt="" width="110px" height="83px">" in the middle of the <a> tag.

Try copying the object from your FAQ page (as it is correct), then delete the object from your Homepage then paste the copied object to the homepage.

thanks for your advice, I tried copying the image from FAQ, no luck. I then converted one of the images from Gif to JPEG, no luck, I then created another image, and did that a few times with different formats. Nothing I do seems to work, any suggestions?

Can you tell us which images on the webpage are the ones you're trying to link?

I took the images off because they said click to buy but weren't clickable. So I'll start from scratch now. I have Amazon buy buttons on the FAQ page and on the PayPal pages that are working. But even if I copy them to the other pages I cannot get them to link.

I'll create new images but there must be an easier way to do this. Thanks.

So if I'm understanding you right. You enter the url for the button in VSD under link properties and the create link box is checked at the top, and it shows it's linked but when you upload it's not.

Yes, I add the link to the image but it doesn't work. I've created many sites using VSD so not sure why some images will link ok and others don't. Thank you!!!!

Which objects should be linked? Can I assume all the pay option pics at the bottom? It would help if you could label them with a simple text box in VSD. Or give us a detailed list.
