Bjarne,

Google doesn't want to send folks to pages just because someone puts the words in a meta tag. There should be some content that matches the words on the page.

Tight now your page is blank with no content. Try putting something on the page that explains "Avid,Studio,OB,Superslow,Technical,Teknik,Tally,Flyaway,Support,Freelance"

Have you you registered your site with Google?

Have you used any of the services that will help with your SEO?

Hi Billr.

No i haven't registered yet.

My page is blank because i use frames.
All the contents is on the pages inside the frames.

But i quess i can make a decribtion on my default page inside the body tags. It wont be shown anyway, but then google can use it.
Was that what you ment?

Bjarne,

If the words are not visible, Google will likely ignore them. Google is really looking for content on the page.

Hi Billr.

Just to see if i got it right.

I can't use Mega Tags to help users to search for my webpage though keywords on google.
The keywords they are searching by, should match content on my pages that google have crawled?

So i should make contens on my page and / or register my webpage on google it self and there write keywords. Yes?

My website is maid by frames. The dafualt webpage doesn't have any content, just building the frames.
Can google read the pages inside these frames?

If not, then as i see it, the only thing i can do, is to register my page with google.

Is it the same with other search engine like altavista, yahoo etc.?

Bjarne,

There are specialized businesses that will help you with getting your web site optimized for search engines, and all I know is what I read. I have read that the search engines ignore hidden text (white text on white background). They do use the meta tags, but rely more on the content since you can load a dictionary into the meta tags.

I know there have been issues with frames, but if you have links that can be followed, I think the direct pages will get a page ranking.

The search engines are very private about how the search engines work, because they don't want people to be able to boost their position on the rankings without having valid content. Most people are searching for specific content.
