I want to have multiple forms on my...

I am using Visual Site Designer and Form Builder to create my website. I have 2 separate needs for a form on my website. I created both forms but am having trouble getting both to work at the same time. I am hosted on Go Daddy and I seem to need all the form files loaded on the main directory. If I do that, then there are duplicate files for the forms that get over-written when I try to have more than 1 form loaded.

Please help. Thanks.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem if you save the forms with different names. SO the question is Howard did you save each form with a different name?

Yes, but what about swfobject? It is the same filename in both forms.

That will not matter Howard, It's the same for all flash. it will be ok. Are you getting an error? On my server I always upload the swfobject in case I use any flash not made with CC. they use the same.

I am having similar problems. I have created 2 different separate forms from Form Builder v.8 build 200 themes using VSD 6.0 build 6. They are located on 2 different pages. I have them saved in different folders under the default My Forms in Form Builder.

Problem: the first form is in working order, but the second form is attempting to duplicate the theme of the first and it's scrambled. I have removed it's files from the ftp and any other folders including Add Files.

Question: What is causing the duplication / interference of a different clean form?

Sounds like the names are the same for both forms, try using 2 different names such as form 1 and form 2 see if that is the problem. Alos when using with VSD try installing with the flash tool as it will automatically add the nessesary files for each form. Let us know if this is the problem. thanks:)

I have them as 2 different names and am using the flash tool. Somewhere there's a conflict.

LE,

Post a link to the two forms, and maybe someone can look and tell you the solution.

The site is behind a login members page. Attached are the two jpgs of what I get. One is my preview, new file name / location so there's no interaction. Using copy /pasting, then trying it with Flash tool both come up the error form as in the jpg

LE,

Those screen shots do not let anyone see the code.

What are the file names and where are they located?

The form builder has several files. One of those files is named like all the other files for that specific form, but is HTML. Use your browser and load the filename.html file for each form. Does that form look proper?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
