Phil, I just have to ask the question:
What kind of fish is that? Tell me you didn't keep it!

It's a rainbow trout. And no, even though it was considered legal size, I didn't keep it. It was my first fish caught on a flyrod and I was rather proud. I did kind of cheat though, that pond is the run-off from a hatchery and they do stock it as well.

Well I tell you guys, if I ever pull this thing off, ya all are going to get some sort of acknowledgement on the web site that's for sure!

I'm assuming that since I have Notepad as well, it would be prudent to continue my efforts using that instead of Word Processor? I'd be saving one of the copy and pasting steps correct?

If that is indeed the case, how should I save the work?

Those are my choices in "File", "Save as".

As Phil pointed out, you can use your favorite word processor which is likely to have more features than Notepad, and when you are ready to put that information on your site, just save as text. One big advantage would be the use of a spell checker. I hate to think what would come out of my printer or get on my sites if I did not have a spell checker.

If you are happy with Notepad, just save the file and it will be saved as text.

One thing to keep in mind: There is not ONE CORRECT way to do this web stuff. You will find lots of folks that use an assortment of programs while developing their sites, and some that only use (enter their favorite program here). So just get the information ready in a way that does not stress you, and/or just feels right. Then when you are ready to put that information on a web page, convert it to text and go with the flow.

The "save as text document" would be the choice from your drop down list. To be sure, try a test page, with any text you like and see if it renders the way you wanted it to.
Always best to do one test page and check it than to have 50 pages finished and find out something went wrong.

Rainbow trout are great fighers. My fish of prefference is Speckle trout (Brook trout). Caught a 20 3/4 incher last summer. I was always curious as to what type of fish that was in your picture.
