Has anyone gone through the steps to authenticate so that a default error page works on their server?
I would like to use a theme provided by CC, but 404 keeps coming up instead of 401 theme provided. I will need steps as I'm a newbie - sorry!

Ensure the htaccess file references a relative path



and not an absolute path



Apache is particular when it comes to 401 redirects.
