Once you log on, got to your account and select your downloads. You say you see your downloads...isn't there a BLUE button at the end of the line that says 'Download'? If not, I'd open a support topic and ask the CC gurus about it.

The download whenever you want forever will be changing soon too, so be sure to get your programs downloaded and keep them up to date as you go so you always know if you have the newest version or not. Soon there will be a 30 day period to download your programs and then they will not be stored on the CC servers so you'll be responsible for keeping your programs backed up yourself.

Each time you purchase a new program you'll have 30 days to get that program downloaded. Hope that helps understand the new system that is coming soon.

Wow, this is news. I may have missed an announcement concerning this topic. It is a major shift. Things are indeed changing at CC from what they were.

The world moves on. Thank the forum though for all the free advice and help that is generated. Hope that doesn't change.
